Instructions for LOGO Personalized Orders

1. Logo should be 1.5x3" only

2. Logo to etch (Fee is one Logo only)

3. Strictly NO COD mode of payment

4. Once order is placed, order cannot be cancelled

5. Personalized orders lead time is 2-3 weeks depending on line up.

6. For rush orders, add rush fee of Php600

7. Email a high resolution logo in black and white of atleast 300 dpi to shoponline@jacintoandlirio.com with email subject: [WEBSITE ORDER #XXXX: LOGO ART FILE]
