1. Go to www.jacintoandlirio.com, browse through our items under the "shop" tab or "shop by instagram" option at the bottom of the home page or under the shop tab.
2. Click on the photos of the items, choose a color and variations of the items you would like to purchase, then click "Add to Cart"
3. Not yet done? Got your eye on another item? Go back to the shop menu, or use the search bar to add more items to your cart.
4. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Checkout".
5. Fill in fields with your contact and shipping information.
6. Choose your payment option (PayPal, BPI or BDO bank deposit).
7. Double check all the details of your order then click "Complete my purchase".
8. Once your payment has been settled,  you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order.

In order to make sure that your orders are in good quality condition, please give us 1-2 business days to prepare orders with ready stocks and no personalization. For orders with name engraving, lead time is 203 weeks depending on our line up and your order quantity. 

Once it has been forwarded to the courier, the tracking number will be sent in your email.

Jacinto & Lirio is not responsible if the package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Kindly provide the correct shipping details when checking out. In case of wrong information given, kindly email us at shoponline@yahoo.com as soon as possible. However orders shipped or picked up by the courier already is out of our control.

Jacinto & Lirio is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fee collected from destination country.

In the case of refusal to accept package by customer or after number of attempts made in the country destination to deliver the package, Jacinto & Lirio reserves its right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
